The Rubber Conveyor Belts are impregnated with Cotton, Nylon and EP Fabrics that make them more demanding among customers. The Rubber Covers manufactured by us are suitable for abrasive purposes, fire retardant, oil resistance, heat resistance and super heat resistance up to 200 °C temperature. Apart from these products, we are also manufacturing Food Grade Belts and Skirt Rubbers.
Our manufactured Industrial Conveyor Belts are proven products satisfying user requirements in various industries like heavy engineering industries and large manufacturing units in public sector undertakings. In addition, we have also exported our products to Nepal, Sri Lanka and Middle East Countries, opening our account in the international market. Many more orders are in the pipeline. Our well equipped manufacturing unit integrates a high degree of technology with definite standards in the manufacturing process of Conveyor Belts, Transmission Belts and Elevator Belts. These Belts undergo strict quality check procedure under the proper guidance of experienced QC Analysts and Technical Experts.
Major raw material used in the manufacturing such as Fabric, Rubber and Chemicals are procured from only reputed companies. Once the raw materials are verified for quality, the belt is manufactured, amidst periodic tests during manufacturing. The belt is finally checked as per the standards laid down by Indian Standard Institution, British or Canadian standards as specified by the customers. Our in-house laboratory is equipped to test the final product as specified by the Indian Bureau of Standards.
Test Certificate
The clearance for dispatch is given only if the belt adheres to all these norms. Then, Test Certificate is issued for the results and also a Guarantee Certificate is issued for each of our supply against any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of supply; whichever is earlier. This forms the internal check process of the product and once the process is completed, the client is called to inspect his product. After getting his approval, a Joint Report/Test Certificate is issued, which vouches that the specific product of Oxford Rubbers is tested for usability under stringent testing environment.
